RENTAL
PROCEEDURE |
If you wish to be shown any of our fulltime rental offerings, you must first complete a rental application, which we will keep on file for six months. Once you have seen the property you wish to rent, you will be asked to submit a non-refundable application fee of $20 per person, in order to formally apply to rent the specific property of interest. |

For your convenience you may download and print a copy of our rental application and coapplicant/cosigner form. You may then fill them out and fax to 805-772-5196. | |
